Shipping Policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handcrafted and Rudraksha items may require additional processing time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: ₹[amount] – delivered in 5–8 business days

Domestic Shipping (India) We ship to all states and union territories across India. Our carrier partners include [Delhivery / Blue Dart / India Post / Shiprocket]. A tracking number will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping We ship internationally with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking A tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number after dispatch. You can also track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting photographs. Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier within 7 business days of raising a complaint.
Non-Deliverable or Returned Shipments If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
