Returns & Exchanges - Quick & Hassle-Free

At Atozee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Sacred items like malas and prayer beads should be unopened for hygiene reasons
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship the item back to us

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product, we'll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
